Usage Guidelines

While our licenses provide flexibility, certain uses are not permitted:

Restrictions:

Distribution: You may not distribute the Mockups in their original formats (such as PSD, Figma, Sketch, etc.) or as standalone products. They are intended for incorporation into your own designs.

Pattern Generators: Creating a pattern generator based on our Mockups and offering the patterns as standalone products is not allowed.

Resale: Modifying our Mockups and reselling them as individual items is prohibited.

Code Generation: Using our Mockups to generate code for sale as a product is not permitted

Frameworks and Themes: Integrating our Mockups into frameworks or themes intended for sale is not allowed.

Website Sales: Selling websites, either individually or on marketplaces or on stock and microstock websites, with our Mockups purely for display purposes to potential buyers is prohibited.

AI Models: Using our Mockups as part of AI models, training data, or any AI-related applications is not allowed.

You are allowed to:

Use our Mockups for personal and commercial projects, including presentations, websites, online stores, portfolios, social media, television, and press advertising.

Modify the Mockups to fit your project’s requirements.

Distribute the modified Mockups as flattened graphic files.

Modification and Distribution:

Upon modifying our Mockups by replacing the sample design with your custom content and saving the mockup as a flattened graphic file, you are granted permission to distribute it in this transformed state. The resulting flattened file can be shared with clients, utilized within portfolios, incorporated into television and press advertising, featured on websites and online stores, and shared across various social media platforms and other mediums.

Third-Party Products:

Device Mockup may use images and names of third-party products within its Mockups. Intellectual property rights for these products, including registered trademarks, belong to their respective owners. Device Mockup is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, or endorsed by these product owners.

By accessing these Mockups, you agree to obtain all necessary permissions from the underlying rights holders and/or adhere to any applicable brand use guidelines. Device Mockup disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with respect to these Mockups, including non-infringement of intellectual property rights.

Third-Party Freebie Mockups:

Device Mockup also hosts freebie mockups created by other authors, which may be available on other websites. The intellectual property rights for these third-party mockups belong to their respective creators. Users must follow the specific licenses and usage guidelines provided by the original authors of these mockups.

Liability:
